Happy Birthday Reebok Crossfit 673

Reebok Crossfit 673 (we call it 'the box'), the Crossfit gym Mo started here, celebrated its one year anniversary today and we're happy we got to be a part of it!  We had a lot of fun doing a beach WOD (workout of the day) in the morning, grilling out for lunch with gym members, meeting lots of people, and taking Jamesy to play in the ocean for the first time!
